Ballet

Ballet is the foundation of many dance forms and teaches posture, placement of arms, legs and feet, artistry, and self-esteem. All PDC teachers follow a custom syllabus that ensures our students are taught the same, correct technique and unifies our program. This syllabus is based on the Vaganova and Cecchetti methods, with the Balanchine method introduced at advanced levels.
