Our Story.

Carley has always had a passion for teaching dance, choreography and designing costumes, but she didn’t know exactly what she wanted to do with these passions after graduating high school.  In 2015, an opportunity to start her own dance studio presented itself.   At the time, she was only 19 years old, but with the support of family and friends, she opened the doors of Perception Dance Company.  After quickly growing and expanding the studio in 2017 and then moving again to a larger location in 2018, Perception Dance is now proud to offer an amazing 11,700 square foot state of the art dance facility.  The program has now grown into an award winning competitive program, as well as, a space for the recreational dancer.  Perception Dance alumni have been accepted to amazing dance programs and college dance teams around the country.  Our dedicated and highly trained staff provide exceptional technique training, confidence, inspiration and life skills to our dancers.   We are so grateful to do what we love and in return we are surrounded by our second family…our PDC family!
